Animals are forbidden in order to preserve the birds present on the island. Dogs, but more generally domestic animals, represent a real threat to the survival of several species (flora and fauna) on the Glénan archipelago, and have been identified as a factor with a strong impact on ecological issues by the managers of the Saint-Nicolas des Glénan National Nature Reserve.

No. The island is only 1.5km2 so there’s no need for a bike. What’s more, there are no roads or tracks.
